The Amcor PLM14000EH portable air conditioner is
designed to COOL OR HEAT an average-sized
room up to 350-450 Sq. Ft. depending upon room insulation and number of heat sources in the room. (Will heat as per 4,300 heating BTU's (electric heater))
Patented Evaporative Booster
Technology - During the cooling
process, water is extracted from the
air as it passes through the unit. Most
of this water is used to cool the unit
and make it run more efficiently. This
unit has a built-in water tank (not
removable) with a drain outlet. When
the tank fills, the compressor stops
running. This indicates that the tank
should be emptied. Included with the
unit is a window mounted exhaust kit.
AC must be vented via exhaust hose and
window kit (included).
Note: If your room
has a heat source such as direct sunlight
or computer servers, the AC coverage
area may be reduced.

EASY INSTALLATION SETUP
When you open the package, you can place all the package content on the floor and make sure you have everything before you start. Below is an easy demonstration of how you can setup an air conditioner in few minutes. BELOW IS AN EXAMPLE OF GENERAL SETUP MOST COMMONLY USED WITH MOST OF THE PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONERS. Depending on which air conditioner you choose to buy product design and window kit may vary but setup process will mostly be almost same. Below example is for windows that open vertically, but same method is used for any horizontal opening windows or glass doors. Also, same setup is used for WALL installation.For crank windows you can use the same setup as well but with few additions. Please Note: Not every portable AC comes with a wall kit. Email us before purchasing if you need a wall kit. |

This is your exhaust hose. One end of this hose connects to the AC and the other end of the hose connects to the window. |

This is the window strip which is extendable upto 48 inches. This size of window strip is sufficient for most of the windows. If your window is wider than 48 inches you can always buy an additional window strip for $15-$30. |

This is a wall connector and you need this ONLY IF you decide to install the hose through the wall.You DO NOT need this if you will exhaust the hose through the window.Please mention in your notes with your order if you need this. So we can add it in your package FREE. NOT EVERY PORTABLE AC COMES WITH A WALL KIT, BUT THERE ARE EASIER WAYS TO STILL RUN THE HOSE THROUGH THE WALL USING FOAM SEALER ($5) AND A FLAP THAT CAN BE BOUGHT FROM ANY STORE LIKE HOME DEPOT. Now lets get started with installation.
Let's assume this is the window you want your hose to exhaust through. |

Raise the window slightly, enough so the window strip could be placed in the gap. |
 |
This is how you will place the window strip in the opening. |

Lower the window enough to touch the window strip. Make sure that there is no gap left between the window and the window strip. |

Now connect one end of the hose to the AC connector |
 |
Then connect other end of the hose to the window strip connector. |
 |
Once both ends of the hoses are connected, it should look like this. |

Now snap this end to the window strip |

Once snapped it should look like this |

Then snap the other end to the back of the AC as per the image on the left. |

Your product will be mostly shipped by UPS OR FEDEX and will be delivered in 1-5 business days depending upon your geographical location from our warehouses. We ship products from
warehouses in NJ, CA,TX And FL. Mostly if you are close to our warehouses, you should receive the AC in 1-2 business days. We will email you your tracking number soon as its shipped out or you can log into your account on our website by using your email address and password you created at the time of placing order to check all the shipment and product details.
Please remember we only ship to 48 states within United States. Due to expensive shipment fee we do not ship to Hawaii & Alaska. We do not ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Jamaica and other countries due to custom issues.
Though above shipment and delivery process is what we normally practice, under unforseen circumstances they cannot be guaranteed at all times. But we do our best and mostly succeed to ship the product either same or the next day.
Overnight Shipping Details (if required)
We can ship overnight or by Second Day Air. But beacuse these are air conditioners and the package weighs more than 90 pounds, shipping overnight can be anywhere from $180-$250 depending upon your location from our warehouse in NJ, CA,TX And FL.

Warranty On Delivery: If
something is wrong with the product when you receive
it, we will exchange it completely FREE! We will have
it picked up at our own expense and replace it with
a Brand New Unit. You will NOT pay a single cent!
Compressor Warranty: Five year warranty on compressor on all Amcor AC's and one-year
warranty on compressor on all Sunpentown AC's.
Other Parts Warranty: One Year Warranty on other parts on both Amcor And Sunpentown brands. Warranty applies to residents
of the United States only.

year, there maybe some instances that
the product you received is defective.
We have the following policy for such
situations:-
DEFECTIVE
EXCHANGE
If unit (any product) is defective,
we will gladly make an exchange or send parts for repair. If the unit is delivered damaged, we will have it picked up and send a new replacement at our cost. You
will not pay a single cent.
Exchanges will only be made with the
same model - if customer upgrades or
downgrades to a different model, we'll
treat it as a return and new order.
RETURNS
If customer does not want exchange and wants to return it instead and wants a refund, customer is responsible to ship unit back to our warehouse at their own expense; restocking fee of 19.5% will apply regardless if defective and original shipping fee (from $69 to $89 depending upon which product you buy) will not be refunded. Since total shipping and handling fee is never refunded to us by the trucking company, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if you decide to return, even if the product was sold with FREE or 50% OFF shipping promotion.Usually there
should be no reason for returns, if
there is any problem with the product
we will exchange it with a BRAND NEW
product at no extra cost to you. Once product(s) is/are shipped, all Packages Refused are considered as returns as well and return policy will apply at the time of refund.

All returns should be in original packaging and brand new condition. Installed products are not considered brand new and cannot be returned. All returns and replacements must be requested
within 30 days after the receipt of the product.

CANCELLATIONS
If
you placed the order and you wanted
to cancel the order BEFORE IT
IS SHIPPED, we will gladly
cancel your order and $15.99 cancellation
fee will be charged and credit card
processing charges will not be refunded.
Please make sure that you call us within
few hours after the order is placed.
We ship the items out same or next business
day. We cannot process cancellations
after the product is shipped out. It
will be considered as a return instead
once the product is shipped and you
will need to pay the return charges.
