The updated LG PTAC air conditioners and heaters are super-quiet with low decibel levels and a leading sound-prevention rating make this your best choice for a quiet environment. PTAC units like this deliver both cooling and heating in a self contained unit. LG allows you to choose the power cord to match your needs*. The heat is based on the power cord selected for your installation. The air conditioning is not affected by your choice of power cord. LG offers 15 amp, 20 amp, and 30 amp power cord options. The 208/230 Volt PTAC unit will give you the following electric heat ratings:

• 15 amp power cord (AYUH2115) offers 2.3/2.4 kW or 7,800/8,100 BTUs of electric heat
• 20 amp power cord (AYUH2120) offers 3.2/3.3 kW or 10,900/11,200 BTUs of electric heat
• 30 amp power cord (AYUH2130) offers 4.6/4.7 kW or 15,700/16,000 BTUs of electric heat

New installation requires a sleeve and a rear grille. These items are not included with the air conditioner (sold separately).

The LP093CDUC 9,500 BTU 208/230 volt unit has a high EER rating of 12.7. Higher EER ratings mean lower energy consumption and more savings for you on power bills. The digital control display is designed to give you simple comfort controls. The display allows for one-touch setting of the temperature as well as the mode. Temperature settings range from 54° to 86° by 1° increments. Mode is also easily selectable with choices of Cool, Fan, or Heat. Also included is an Energy Saver Mode. The Timer allows you to choose a shut-off time in one-hour increments from 1 - 12 hours. The shut off timer is designed for sleeping. Once the timer is turned on it will raise the temperature 2° after 30 minutes and then another 2° 30 minutes after that. This will help you to save money while you sleep. Standard connections for a remote thermostat are included and it is compatible with most Energy Management Systems for added energy savings.

LG PTACs are designed to last. GoldFin Anti-corrosion Treatment is applied to every unit at the LG factory before shipping. Room freeze protection is built right into the unit. When the temperature in the room drops too low the unit will automatically kick on as long as it is plugged in to prevent pipes from freezing. Separate indoor and outdoor fan motors work to keep the unit both quiet and efficient. The compressor is the most important part of any PTAC unit. Unlike most other brands, LG manufacturers its own compressors. The units are assembled at LG factories with LG parts to ensure top quality for years to come.

This unit is designed to fit in the industry standard wall sleeve size of 42" wide by 16" high which makes for easy replacement even in a competitors sleeve.
