For example, if you purchase goods or services online from a merchant you found while searching KINGERSONS, information you provide to that website is subject to their privacy policy rather than ours.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
Users should be aware that when you are on KINGERSONS, you could be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. There are links to other sites from KINGERSONS pages that take you outside our service. For example, if you "click" on a banner advertisement, the "click" takes you off KINGERSONS site. This includes links from advertisers, sponsors and partners that may use KINGERSONS’s logo as part of a co-branding agreement.
KINGERSONS's policy does not extend to anything that is inherent in the operation of the Internet, and therefore beyond KINGERSONS's control, and is not to be applied in any manner contrary to applicable law or governmental regulation.

I feel uneasy about giving my credit card over the internet?
We have done everything necessary to make your transaction a safe one. We have done the following:
1) SSL encrypted site for 100% credit card security.
2) We do not keep credit card information on file.
3) Using your credit card on our website is as safe as using credit card in your local store.
Infact, you have more to worry at the local café than you do placing an order on our site. Occasionally, we have customers who ask if they can call to give out their credit card information over the phone instead. But that is unnecessary as most internet merchants who provide this phone service will then just turn around and process your card through their internet site anyways. Net difference to you ZERO! You are SAFE with us!
We use 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption throughout our whole order process. We use a real time, online, Autorize.Net Secure payment gateway. Your credit card number is never stored anywhere in our system. Additional protection during authorization includes fraud screening of each transaction prior to submission, Address Verification Service (AVS) and card verification value 2 (CVV2).
